I grew up in Southeastern Idaho. I have one brother and 4 sisters. When I was growing up I helped my dad and grandpa on the family farm. I was a typical boy, always dirty and in trouble. I spent my free time skiing, playing outdoors with friends, camping, and shooting guns. After high school I went to Rick's college. After doing one year of school I went on my mission to Harrisburg Pennsylvania, which was a great learning experience.
In the fall of 2002 I moved to Logan and started dating Rachel. We then got married in June of 2003 in the Logan Temple. We came home to work on the family farm. I love what I do and have a hard time imagining doing anything else for my work. I hope to one day own the farm.
Adoption has been a great blessing in our lives. Because of someones selfless deed we were able to become parents and bring a child into our home. Now when I am not working I love to spend my time giving horsey rides, getting my toes painted, and watching Mickey Mouse:) I still try to get in the occasional ski run and dirt bike ride.
I can't wait for another baby to come to our home. We want them to know how much they are loved by us and their birth parents.
